1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk1947 platform, including all sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer products, instant-win games and any related services made available at pk1947.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their device, browser or access method.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

References to "pk1947", "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to the operator of the Platform. References to "you", "your" or "the User" refer to any individual accessing or using the Platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — a registered user account on the Platform, through which the User accesses services and manages their balance.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as may be made available by the operator.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits credited to a User's Account subject to specific wagering and validity conditions distinct from real-money balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring Users to submit identity documents to confirm their identity, age and address.
• "Platform" — the pk1947 website, mobile web application and any associated software or interface through which services are delivered.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a real-money stake placed by the User on an outcome offered on the Platform, including sports markets and casino game rounds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or region in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under applicable legislation.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

1. You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated agent).
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which gambling is prohibited or in which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law.
4. You are not acting on behalf of another individual for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for terms violations.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, director or agent of pk1947 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Pakistan-Specific Notice: Meeting the 18-years-of-age threshold does not independently make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Players resident in Pakistan must satisfy themselves that their participation complies with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable provincial or federal legislation. 4. Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.1 Account Registration

To register, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and such other details as the registration form requires. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk1947 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and review any transactions or withdrawals pending from those accounts.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirements

pk1947 is required to verify the identity and age of account holders before processing withdrawal requests and in other circumstances as determined by the operator's compliance framework. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport for identity and age verification.
• Proof of address (such as a recent utility statement or bank statement) where required.
• A selfie or liveness verification image matching the submitted photo identification.

All documents must be submitted through the Platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification interface. Never send copies of your CNIC, passport or other sensitive documents through unsecured chat applications, social media, or unencrypted email. pk1947 will not request document submissions through unofficial channels.

You must not alter, crop, obscure, edit or otherwise falsify any document before submission. Submitting modified documents may constitute fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities. pk1947 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts pending the outcome of any investigation into document authenticity.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk1947 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify pk1947 support immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform. Until notification is received, you remain responsible for activity conducted through your account.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

pk1947 facilitates deposits through a range of payment methods, which may vary by region and operator arrangement. References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only. These payment providers do not endorse pk1947 or gambling activity. Actual availability is subject to the operator's current payment arrangements and your payment provider's own terms and conditions.

• All deposits must be funded from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These may change without prior notice.
• pk1947 does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All account balances are maintained in PKR unless otherwise specified by the operator for a given payment method.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from an instrument registered to the account holder may be held pending KYC review.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money balances are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the originating deposit.
• Processing times vary by payment method and operator policy. pk1947 makes no guarantee of specific processing timescales beyond those published in the Platform's payment information section.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• pk1947 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is material or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash unless explicitly stated in the applicable bonus terms and the associated wagering requirements have been met.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Conditions

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand the rules for each market before placing a bet. Market rules are available within the Platform at the point of betting.

8.2 Acceptance of Bets

pk1947 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any wager at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A technical error has caused incorrect odds or market information to be displayed.
• The wager appears to be placed in bad faith or in connection with prohibited conduct (see Section 10).
• The bet exceeds published maximum stake limits for the relevant market.

8.3 Cricket and PSL Markets

Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC events — are subject to market-specific rules governing void conditions, rain interruptions, player withdrawals and result delays. pk1947's use of cricket market references does not imply any official affiliation with, partnership with, or endorsement from the PCB, PSL, ICC or any franchise, team or player.

8.4 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play markets are offered in real time and odds may change rapidly. A wager is confirmed only upon receipt of the Platform's acceptance notification. pk1947 accepts no responsibility for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues, delayed data feeds or technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Bonuses & Promotions

pk1947 may offer promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral credits and VIP program rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered through the required number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• pk1947 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, including where abuse or manipulation of bonus structures is suspected.
• Illustrative PKR values shown in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 1,000, PKR 2,000, PKR 5,000) are examples only and are subject to the actual terms of each promotion as published at the time the offer is active.
• Referral credits (e.g., Refer-a-Friend incentives) require both the referring User and the referred User to be fully KYC-verified and to meet qualifying deposit and wagering criteria as specified in the applicable offer terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate outcomes.
• Using funds of criminal origin on the Platform (money laundering).
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse transactions through your payment provider after wagers have been accepted and settled.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, pk1947 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant account, void associated wagers, withhold or seize any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, software code and game content — is the property of pk1947 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pk1947.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk1947 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of profits.

pk1947's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.

pk1947 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party data feed disruptions and force majeure events may affect Platform availability.

13. Responsible Gambling

pk1947 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users manage their play. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a specified play session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause betting and gambling activity for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request indefinite exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

14. Account Closure & Suspension

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting pk1947 support using the contact details listed on the Platform. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (less any applicable deductions for outstanding wagers) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

pk1947 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at its discretion in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Where required by applicable law or a regulatory direction.
• Where the User's account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the operator's dormant account policy.
• Where continuing to operate the account would expose pk1947 or its payment partners to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute, claim or matter arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. Users are responsible for determining the legality of their participation under local law.

For Pakistani users specifically: nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that accessing or using pk1947 is lawful under Pakistani law. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation may restrict or prohibit participation. This section does not constitute legal advice.

16. Amendments to These Terms

pk1947 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify Users through reasonable means such as a notice displayed on the Platform or a communication to the registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
